Founded in 2022 by Interior Designer Brooke Preston, Preston Design House has quickly become a trusted partner for high-end interior design firms across the country. Based in Orlando, FL, our studio is built on a foundation of precision and collaboration.

A graduate of Parsons The New School, Brooke gained invaluable experience working with Godfrey Design Consultants and the AD 100 firm Marc-Michaels Interior Design before establishing her own studio.

With a deep understanding of design and technical detailing, Preston Design House is committed to providing superior designer to designer services.

Our mission is to save designers immense time and ensure their design intent is accurately communicated. We believe that true luxury is found in the details—and expertly drawn sets are essential to realizing those details on site. Our interior design documentation is both builder-ready and client-friendly, making it straightforward for contractors to execute on and for clients to understand.

Our process

Consultation

We consult with you to determine the timeline and required documentation level, including dimensions, annotations, and details. We request floor plans (AutoCAD or PDF format), design sketches, specifications, and mood images if applicable. We can integrate your existing title block or create a custom one with your logo.

DRAFTING

In AutoCAD, we begin drafting all specified scopes of work. We translate your approved concepts and provided references into precise architectural drawings, which may include floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and other detailed documentation as required.We consolidate any questions that arise and confirm them directly to keep the process efficient and on track. All documents are produced using your title block or a custom-branded version we can create.

DELIVERABLES

Completed drawings are delivered via email in PDF format. AutoCAD (.dwg) files are available upon request. We include key notes and highlight any items requiring your confirmation to ensure clarity and alignment.Once we receive your feedback and any redlines, we proceed with revisions. On average, two rounds of revisions are typical before final documentation is complete and ready for use.

REVISIONS

We recognize that design needs can shift throughout construction and beyond, as client preferences evolve and site conditions change. We're available to provide revisions at any stage of the process. Ongoing updates are typically billed hourly. We store CAD files in our database for a minimum of five years, allowing us to efficiently revisit and revise documentation.
