What is your LEAD time?
We understand the urgency of construction deadlines and strive to deliver promptly.
Typical Delivery: Most projects are completed within a week.
Full Construction Drawing Set: We work on these in phases, with a typical phase I delivered within 5 business days.
Redline Revisions: For existing drawing sets that you have provided redline revisions on typically 24-72 hours.
Rush Services: As available, we can expedite drawings, including weekend work, for an additional 25% rush fee.
Renderings: Typically 5-10 business days for interior renderings and 10-15+ business days for exterior whole house renderings.
Are you able to customize your drawing style to match my preferences?
Yes! We can replicate your existing drawing set style or tailor the formatting to your preferences. You can provide an existing title block, or we can create a custom one featuring your logo. We’ll match your preferred drawing style, font, line weights, and level of detail/notations. Simply share a reference drawing set or a list of formatting preferences, and we’ll keep it on file to ensure consistency across all your projects.

What Are Your Pricing and Payment Options?
We offer tailored billing solutions designed to accommodate your project's unique needs:
Project Estimates: For one-time drafting and rendering services, we provide a detailed estimate upfront. Each estimate includes a set number of revision hour(s), with any additional revisions billed separately on a monthly basis.
Ongoing Design & Drafting Services: For continuous collaboration, we offer hourly billing with an invoice sent monthly.
